We collect this information when you fill out a form, enroll in a course, purchase drive time hours, call or text our office, or otherwise contact us.

Students Under 18

Driver education involves minors. A parent or legal guardian must complete enrollment and provide consent for any student under 18. We collect student information only for the purpose of delivering driver education services and meeting New Mexico state requirements. We do not knowingly collect information directly from a child under 13 without parent or guardian involvement.

How to Opt Out

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share limited student records with the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division or other state agencies where required to certify course completion or comply with applicable law.
