Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.ziadrive.com and to the driver education services provided by Zia Drive Academy LLC. By enrolling, purchasing drive time hours, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.

Enrollment and Eligibility

Zia Drive Academy is a licensed New Mexico driving school. A parent or legal guardian must complete enrollment and provide consent for any student under 18. Students must bring a Social Security card and certificate of birth to the first class. Class sizes are limited, and seats are confirmed once payment is received.

Courses and Pricing

Pricing is subject to change. The price in effect at the time of your enrollment is the price that applies to you.

Attendance, Scheduling, and Refunds

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classroom sessions. Excessive absence may prevent course completion.
• Drive time is scheduled by appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.
• Missed drive appointments without notice may be forfeited or subject to a rescheduling fee.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the course start date. Once a class has begun, refunds are issued at our discretion.

Certificates

Students who complete the required hours and pass the final exam receive a certificate of completion. Issuing a permit or driver license is handled by the New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division, not by Zia Drive Academy. We cannot guarantee any outcome at MVD.

Conduct and Safety

Students must follow instructor direction at all times and obey all traffic laws during behind the wheel instruction. Zia Drive Academy may remove a student from a class or drive session for unsafe behavior, impairment, or disruptive conduct, without refund.

SMS Program

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the number you received messages from. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Payments

Payment is processed through a secure third party payment provider. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Enrollment is confirmed once payment clears.

Limitation of Liability

Zia Drive Academy provides driver education services with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the course or service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Doña Ana County, New Mexico.
